Day 1: Ascending into Stillness

Route: Senaru Basecamp → Sangakreang Ridge (Camping)

07:00 – 08:00 | Briefing & Intention Setting
Meet at the Senaru basecamp. Led by Mr. Awenk, the opening session includes intention setting, mindful breathing, and a spiritual introduction to Mount Rinjani’s deeper philosophy.

08:00 – 12:00 | Trek through the Senaru Forest
Begin your ascent through ancient tropical forest trails. In silence or gentle conversation, engage in walking meditation — a practice of conscious steps, attuned to birdsong, breeze, and breath.

12:00 – 13:00 | Forest Lunch Experience
Rest beneath a large forest tree for a nourishing lunch. Guides share stories and sacred folklore that have been passed down through generations.

13:00 – 15:00 | Final Stretch to Sangakreang Peak
Continue climbing to reach Sangakreang Peak (~2,200 masl) — a lesser-known, deeply tranquil spot with panoramic views of North Lombok.

Day 2: Descending with a Renewed Soul

12:00 – 13:00 | Lunch & Closing Ceremony
Back at basecamp, enjoy a closing meal together. Each participant writes one word — a wish or affirmation — and offers it to the earth or stream, symbolizing new beginnings and integration.
